Do you want to learn to dive in one of the most beautiful underwater worlds? Then you have come to the right place at “About Jackie Fine Diving” dive center.
We teach you to dive quietly, in a relaxed atmosphere, under the clear blue waters of Curaçao. Because almost all dive sites on Curaçao are easily accessible from the beach, the island is the ideal place for novice divers to obtain a diving license.
The PADI Open Water scuba certification is the first scuba certification you can earn as a diver. One of our trained PADI instructors will teach you how to dive in a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment.
During this course you will learn all the basics of diving: basic diving skills, what diving gear you need and how to dive with a buddy. The course consists of 40% theory and 60% practice, in total you will make 5 dives. At the end of this course you will have the basic skills and knowledge needed to dive anywhere in the world.
The PADI course lasts an average of 3 days, depending on your own pace. There is also the option to complete all of PADI’s online e-learning at home. Then you already have the exam in your pocket and you only come to us for practice.

Do you already have your Padi Open Water, and you want to improve your experience as a diver? Then choose the advance open water dive course. During this course you will gain even more experience, as you will learn to increase your diving skills with additional tools.
You will make 5 different dives under supervision. Of these, there will be 2 mandatory dives: 1 deep dive and 1 navigation dive. You can compose the other 3 dives yourself. You can choose from our specialties such as: a luxury boat dive, night dive, wreck dives, drift dives, fish identification dive or a buoyancy dive.
During this course one frequently decides to obtain the nitrox license. This is something we definitely recommend because it allows you to extend the length of your dive.
If you dive with compressed air on a wreck at 30 meters, you can stay under water for a maximum of 17 minutes at a depth of 30 meters. However, with a nitrox tank, you can extend your dive by 11 minutes and stay under water for up to 28 minutes at a depth of 30 meters.

Hi there! Have you always been curious about how beautiful nature is under water? Then join us for a diving lesson to get your Junior open Water diving certificate in the beautiful blue waters of Curaçao.
This child-friendly diving course consists of a three-day course, where our diving instructors teach you all the basic skills.
The PADI Open Water scuba certification is the first scuba certification you can earn as a diver. One of our trained PADI Instructors will teach you how to dive in a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment.
During this course you will learn all the fundamentals of diving: basic diving skills, the diving gear and accessories you need, as well as how to dive with a buddy. The course consists of 40% theory and 60% practical, and in total we will make 5 dives together.
The course is from 10 years old and you do not need to have any diving experience. Sufficient swimming experience and good physical health are, however, a requirement.
The PADI Junior Open Water diving course is the same level as the course you take to get your PADI Open Water diving certification.
